Our products are beautiful and delicate, so we package them carefully before we send them to you. We also try very hard to ensure that we give you all of the information you need to help you decide on your purchase. However, we understand that there may still be a reason for returning one of our products, so here's the technical bit to explain how that is done. As always, if you have any questions for us then please do not hesitate to contact us. You know we love a conversation!
Every effort is made to have permanent availability of stock but on occasion an item is popular and we run out of stock. If you have ordered when this happens we will advise you accordingly, return any payment that has been made or give you details of when we expect the stock to be available for delivery if you are happy to wait a little longer. We will do our best to ensure any out of stock items are flagged on the product's page before your purchase and will be happy to take a back order from you whilst we restock. Do this by contacting us and we will log the order to contact you when stock is available again.
Product Image Accuracy
We endeavour to produce descriptions and images on our website which accurately reflect the products. However, colours can vary depending on software, monitor settings, printers and computer equipment being used. We are happy to provide colour codes for our products so that you can consider the colours against other items in your wardrobe. If you would like colour details please contact us prior to ordering.
From time to time we will update or revise product photography and descriptions.
We know that if you have decided to treat yourself or someone you love then you want your purchase straight away. We would too! So at Flo&Vie we always try to dispatch your order on the same working day if possible. The products are carefully wrapped for protection and sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery to be with you a day or two later. We want this process to be quick and easy for you and we do not expect you to pay extra for it and so all of our deliveries to the UK are free.
Here at Flo&Vie we have started conversations overseas. However, taxes and delivery charges vary significantly and so rather than charge one flat delivery amount that covers all we ask that you contact us so that we can ensure you pay the correct amount for your delivery. Delivery times will also vary but we will be able to give you clarity on this when we check on delivery details. (Please note that you will be responsible for local taxes in addition to the product and delivery costs).
Loss and Damages
Goods lost or damaged in transit are frustrating but fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time or is damaged in transit please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
If, for any reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as fast delivery within the UK), please let us know.
We really want you to enjoy your purchase and become life-long Flo&Vie customers rather than worrying about our customer service! So we are happy to offer a 14 day money back guarantee (except for "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" using our Bespoke service). This applies from the date your delivery was received, where the product is not what you expected, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to email@example.com and please help us to understand the reason so that we can improve for the future. All parcels are sent back at your own risk so we suggest using a recorded delivery service as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of an item if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsalable condition, this includes any items returned in unsuitable packaging.
